Provided are a method for outputting a dynamic label service as a voice and an apparatus for processing a dynamic label service by using the same. The method comprises the steps of: receiving a message according to a dynamic label service, containing a dynamic label message, a dynamic label plus control message, and a dynamic label voice control message, from a digital audio broadcasting system; creating information on a corresponding dynamic label on the basis of the dynamic label message and the dynamic label plus control message, and creating a voice output message corresponding to the dynamic label information on the basis of the dynamic label voice control message; and outputting the dynamic label information and the voice output message.
