A semiconductor memory device includes a write data bus inversion part and a write data polarity conversation part. The write data bus inversion part converts the level of input data and generates inversion conversion data when the half of the input data has a specific level. The write data polarity conversion part converts the level of the inversion conversion data and generates polarity conversation data based on a write signal and a first bank address signal. So, the level of the invested data in a read operation can be restored. |
