The present invention relates to a recliner adjustment device for a vehicle, capable of preventing noise generated according to the operation of a lever, and improving assembly and operability of the recliner adjustment device. According to the present invention, the recliner adjustment device comprises: a recliner placed in both sides of a seat; an assembly bracket combined with the recliner to be fixed and installed in a left and a right side of the seat; a recliner shaft penetrated while combining with two recliners placed on both sides of the seat by using a polygonal rod; a return spring bracket fixed and installed in each side of the assembly bracket to make the recliner shaft penetrated and installed; a lever integrally combined with one side end of the recliner shaft which penetrates a bushing placed in one side of seatback; and a lever fastener inserted into and combined with the return spring bracket to place the lever and one side end of the recliner shaft penetrating the lever in the inside.
