The invention relates to a device for immobilising a tongue of a removable fastener, the latter being intended to hold against one another two surfaces which can be flexible and deformable, according to the button/buttonhole method. Such a device comprises a casing 7 with an inner shape which substantially complements that of the tongue 3, whose upper face opposite its support pin 2 may be perforated and carry decorative motifs, equipped with a locking means 10 bearing on the said pin by engagement under the face of the tongue adjacent to the latter, so that a fraction of the periphery of the tongue is simultaneously held in contact with the corresponding fraction of the inner face of the casing. The invention is applicable, particularly, to the jewellery industry. <IMAGE>
