PURPOSE:To eliminate a partial load working on a suspension damper in a strut type device by connecting a suspension arm to the neighborhood of fitting the suspension damper to a wheel support member via a link member having an elastic member. CONSTITUTION:The lower end of a suspension damper 5 is fixed to a wheel support member 2 so supporting a wheel 1 as to be freely rotatable, and the upper end thereof is fixed to a body 4. Also, the lower part of the wheel support member 2 is connected with the tip of a suspension arm 7 and the foot thereof is connected to the body 4 via an elastic member 6. In this case, the suspension arm 7 is connected to the neighborhood of fitting the suspension damper 5 to the wheel support member 2 via a link means 8. And this link means 8 is constituted with two rods 8a and 8b so connected to each other as to be capable of free turn via a pin 9, and an elastic member 10 is provided within a ring formed at both ends of the rod 8a for coupling a support member 11 thereto. |
