PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a payment management system, etc. capable of improving efficiency of payment reconciliation at the side of an owner company in a business form of real estate rental management in which "a management company exits between an owner company of a building and tenants thereof, and rent collected from the tenants is transferred in a batch (in total) from the management company to the owner company".SOLUTION: In an embodiment of the present invention, when a payment amount based on payment data transmitted from a building management company (a management company of tenants) corresponds to a billed amount, automatic payment reconciliation is performed in a PC of the owner company, and when the payment amount and the billed amount do not correspond to each other, billing data of a corresponding building is outputted and transmitted to a PC of the building management company (the management company of the tenants).SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5 |
