<p>PURPOSE:To converge articles efficiently and speedily, by forming a converging unit of these articles in consecutive order at every article quantity almost satisfying a converging storage line over the longitudinal direction, and feeding them to the downstream after storage is all over. CONSTITUTION:Articles so far fed to plural feed conveyor lines 31 from a picking line is fed to a counter part 32. A counter part 32 is constituted of belt conveyors 32A and 32B and photosensors PH1 and PH2, and conveyor speed is made larger as much as at the downstream in order of the line 31, 32A and 32B in advance, and these articles is separated piece by piece, counting them accurately. Next, when articles of the presupposed converging unit are stored in a converging storage line 1, storage is completed, and they are collected at each conveyor 1 and fed to a converging delivery conveyor 2 at the downstream. With this constitution, delivery and convergence of these articles are efficiently and speedily performable.</p> |
