A glyphosate active combination comprises the following components: glyphosate ≥ 95%, and 0< glyphosate salt ≤ 1%, where the glyphosate salt is any one or several of glyphosate ammonium salt, glyphosate potassium salt, glyphosate isopropylamine salt, glyphosate sodium salt, and glyphosate dimethylamine salt, and the percentage is mass percentage. The glyphosate active combination of the present invention has desirable processing flowability. An angle of repose of crystalline particles of the glyphosate active combination of the present invention is measured by using an injection method, and the angle of repose θ ≤ 30 degrees, so that requirements for production of various soluable solid dosage forms of glyphosate are desirably met. A preparation method of the present invention comprises steps of synthesizing glyphosate, isolating activated carbon, cooling the crystal to obtain glyphosate, and the like. The isolating activated carbon is: adding, to a glyphosate salt solution, a glyphosate-activated carbon mixture obtained in the step of synthesizing glyphosate, heating the solution to dissolve the mixture, and filtering the solution while the solution is hot to isolate activated carbon, where the glyphosate salt solution is 5% to 35%. A mass ratio of the glyphosate-activated carbon mixture to the glyphosate salt solution is 0.8 to 1.5:1. |
