PURPOSE:To lower the rotational fluctuation of a motor, by setting an electron circuit having the same dynamic characteristic as those of the motor and a detector. CONSTITUTION:By an electron circuit, a model 13 having the same characteristic as dynamic characteristic ranging from input to a motor 10 to the output of a detector 11 is kept realized, and estimated speed signal 22 corresponding with the speed signal 21 of the detector 11 is taken out of the model 13, and a difference between both the signals is fed back to the model 13 via an amplifier 14. Then, through the model 13, the speed comparator 15 and the phase comparator 18 of estimated speed signal 23 without time lag or phase lag are respectively connected to a motor via amplifiers 17, 20. As a result, the speed fluctuation of the motor can be extremely reduced. |
