PURPOSE:To obtain good response property, by using an adding and subtracting counter forbidding the addition of the output value of a specified upper limit or more value and the subtraction of the output value of a specified lower limit or less value, for a phase comparator. CONSTITUTION:On a mode control circuit 5, the input of reference pulse to an input terminal 51 is provided, and the input of frequency signal to an input terminal 52 is provided, and according to motor rotational-direction signal, the output of pulse signal is directed to output terminals 53 and 54. By the adding and subtracting counter 6-1 of a phase comparator 6, pulse signal for input to a UP terminal is added, and pulse signal for input to a DOWN terminal is subtracted, and the addition of a specified upper limit or more value and the subtraction of a specified lower limit or less value are forbidden. From a speed detector 8, the output of rotational speed signal according to the frequency of frequency signal is generated. By an adder 10, the output signal of the phase comparator 6 and the speed detector 8 is added and is fed to a motor driving circuit 11. |
