The present invention relates to a jig for detecting defects of a secondary battery which can identify the presence or absence of defects by pin holes of an exterior on a production line. and a method for detecting defects of a secondary battery using the same. In addition, the present invention comprises: a jig unit having an accommodating space for accommodating a secondary battery inside; an air injection unit which selectively injects air in the accommodating space of the jig unit; and a decision unit which decides defects of the secondary battery. |
