A staircase made of precast concrete units. It comprises step slabs 1 which are circular in plan view and have a cutout which is delimited by a concave border edge, and also comprises supporting elements 2 which, on an end side, are provided with a bearing means for a step slab 1. The supporting elements 2 are hollow cylinders which, on the top border, have a cutout 5 into which a second supporting element 2 can be inserted.
