PURPOSE:To make it possible to safely obtain high-purity C2H2 at a desired place, by filling a container for dissolved C2H2 with a soln. contg. C2H2 dissolved therein and releasing the C2H2 (-contg.soln.) so as to cause a safety space at a particular temp. within the vessel, thereby filling C2H2. CONSTITUTION:A vessel for dissolved C2H2 which has been cooled at a low temp. is filled with a soln. prepd. by dissolving C2H2 in a solvent such as acetone. The vessel is heated, and C2H2 or C2-contg. soln. is released or overflown so that a safety space of 0.1-15vol% is formed at 40 deg.C. The valve of the vessel is closed after, e.g., about 5 hr. followed by storing at a temp. of, e.g., 15 deg.C. |
