PURPOSE:To prevent a malfunction, etc., from being overlooked, by executing a monitoring designation to an element which desires to monitor a variation of an output signal, executing a simulation, and outputting an alarm message, when a variation has been generated in a designated signal. CONSTITUTION:A test data 112 gives a procedure, a condition and an instruction of a test which is executed to a model data 111, and at every test item, an observing instruction of an input test pattern and an output pattern is executed. A monitor designating data 113 executes an instruction to an element which does not derive a signal value, but desires to monitor only a signal variation point. An output pattern 141 is a result of a signal value of the element which has been brought to an observing instruction at the time when a simulation has been executed to the model data 111 by the input test pattern of the test data 112. Also, an alarm message 142 is outputted, when a variation of a signal has been generated in the element which has been instructed by the monitor designating data 113, when the simulation is being performed in the same way. |
