PURPOSE:To prevent a fingerprint and a dirt by composing the title card from a card-shaped substrate, a recording layer which can record and reproduce the information optically provided at the part excluding the edge and part on the substrate and a protecting layer to seal the recording layer provided on the recording layer and the edge end part of the substrate from an outer air. CONSTITUTION:The whole constitution, the material of respective parts of an optical card 40 are approximately the same as the conventional ones and an information track 41 formed in a recording area is formed in a straight line shape in the long side direction of the optical card 40. The length of the long side direction of the recording layer 45 is limited, both edges of the long side direction of the optical card 40 are made into the without the recording layer 45, the information track 41 is formed over the whole length of the long side direction of the recording layer 45, in non-recording areas 42' where the information track 1 is not formed, a protecting layer 43 is made into the condition joined to a substrate 23, a recording layer 41 made into the closed condition and the invasion of humidity, etc., from the external part can be prevented. |
