PURPOSE:To obtain the titled device capable of obtaining a multitude of finished products by the small number of sets of the molding machine by a method wherein a die for the intermediate product and a die for the finished product are made so as to have the lower dies of the same configuration and are arranged in parallel between tables while a clamping force regulating mechanism is provided between the die for the finished product and the moving table. CONSTITUTION:The die 5 for the intermediate product and the die 6 for the finished product are arranged in parallel between the fixed table 2 and the moving table 4 while the lower dies of both dies are made so as to have the same configuration and so as to be movable between both of the dies. The clamping force regulating mechanism 10 is provided between the die 6 for the finished product and the moving table 4. A window part S1 and a frame part S2 may be formed simultaneously and continuously by one set of the forming device and, further, generation of fins upon forming the frame parts S2 as well as the breakage of the window part S1 upon forming may be prevented by the small regulation of the die clampting force. |
