<p>PURPOSE:To aim at reduction in evaporating time for a residual liquid, by heating a pump barrel from the lower end. CONSTITUTION:A liquid delivery line 13 and an evaporated gas discharge line 15 are attached to a pump barrel 9. And, a heater 18a freely opening or closing the foot valve 10 installed at the tip is attached to the inside of this pump barrel 9 as replaceable with a delivery pump 8 and free of lifting motion. In addition, the foot valve 10 is opened by the heater 18a, then a residual liquid inside a tank is led into the pump barrel 9. Next, the residual liquid led into by the heater 18a is preheated and evaporated, exhausting it out of an evaporated gas discharge line 16. With this constitution, reduction in evaporating time for the residual liquid is promotable.</p> |
