Gypsum board comprises hardened gypsum core layer located between two facing sheets formed from a suspension containing at least water, gypsum plaster and starch, starch contains from about 0.3 % to about 10 % by weight of mass of gypsum plaster, gypsum plaster is contained in an amount of about 700 pounds/thousand square feet (about 3.4 kg/m), board has density of 27-34 pounds/feet(from 430-545 kg/m), index of heat insulation of about 17 minutes, thickness of board is 0.625 inch (1.6 cm).EFFECT: technical result is reduction of weight and density, improved heat-insulating properties, resistance to thermosetting, fire resistance, water resistance.27 cl, 4 dwg, 8 tbl |
