PURPOSE:To prepare a low cost printing wire, by simultaneously forming a wire part and a wire pin part by bending processing using a piece of a material. CONSTITUTION:A wire material 31 is protruded from the mouth of a guide bush 32 by a necessary length, and tools (a)-(f) and a cutting tool 30 are arranged around the material 31. The tool (a) advances to bend the material at a right angle and retracts to the original position. Next, by the advance and retraction of the tools (b)-(e), the wire material 31 is bent into a quadrilateral so as to surround the center of said material 31 and the tools (f), (g) advance to press the material to form a circle around a wire. At last, the cutting tool 30 advances to cut off the wire from the material. By this method, a printing wire wherein a wire part and a wire pin part are combined and united is prepared. |
