When the amount of electricity stored in an electricity storage device is equal to or higher than a certain level, electricity is continuously supplied from the electricity storage device to the first environment sensor, the transmission interval control unit, and the detecting unit, and the transmission interval control unit controls the timing at which the second to the n-th environment sensors perform sensing and the timing at which the transmission unit transmits information, in the prescribed cycle, to cause the transmission unit to perform regular transmission. When the detecting unit detects that the change value is larger than the first threshold value, the transmission interval control unit controls the timing at which the second to the n-th environment sensors perform sensing and the timing at which the transmission unit transmits information, on the basis of a predetermined condition, to cause the transmission unit to perform irregular transmission.
