PURPOSE:To improve measuring efficiency of a machining hole and to facilitate handling, by fixing a rail on a rotary device, linearly moving a truck, on which a sensor is mounted, measuring the distance from a reference position to the central position of a hole, and the measuring deviation. CONSTITUTION:The moving direction of a truck 13 is made to be an X axis. An axis, which is perpendicular to the X axis, is made to be a Y axis. The truck 13 is moved so that it enters within the inner diameter of a machining hole 3a in advance. Then, the truck 13 is moved right and left, and edge points A and B of the machining hole 3a are detected by a sensor 12. The values of a magnetic scale 15 at those points are read, and the central position of the machining hole 3a in the X direction is operated and measured. A motor 17 is rotated, and edge points C and D of the machining hole 3a are detected by the sensor 12. The values of an encoder at those points are read, and the central position of the machining hole 3a in the Y direction is operated and measured. With respect to corresponding holes, the same measurements are performed, and the deviation of the central position is computed. When the deviation is within the allowance value, it is judged that the hole centers agree. |
