<p>PURPOSE:To attain multi-window display based upon an overrup system and partial display such as pull-down menu to be displayed with priority out of all other windows by using a text plane and plural graphic planes. CONSTITUTION:Text data TX, graphic data GR1, GR2 and control data CT read out from respective memories 2, 5, 6 and converted into respective serial data are simultaneously supplied to a video data forming circuit 9. In the circuit 9, a display window to determine a range to display the graphic data GR2 is defined by a CPU. In the superposed display between the graphic data GR1 and GR2, the display priority is set up to GR2>GR1, but on the outside of the display window of the graphic data GR2, the graphic data GR1 are displayed. The display priority order of the text data TX can be changed in each character by atributing data outputted from a text atributing memory 3.</p> |
