PURPOSE:To simplify the design, manufacture, maintenance, operation, etc. of a printer and eliminate the possibilities of a faulty operation by constituting the title device in such a manner that an impression cylinder is divided into an upper and a lower part, each having two different colors, and an inking device composed of an ink supply device and a wetting water supply device below a plate barrel. CONSTITUTION:Impression cylinders 17a, 17b are divided into an upper and a lower part, each having two different colors, respectively. At the same time, an inking device consisting of an ink supply device 19 and a wetting water supply device 20 is provided below the pressure barrels 17a, 17b. Under this constitution, the ink and water of the inking device and supplies from below plate barrels 30a, 30b, and normally, and the required operating procedures can be taken either at the right or left of the inking device. Consequently, the design, manufacture, maintenance, operation, etc. of a printer can be simplified, and also each time required for these is shortened. Thus a cost involved can be reduced and a faulty operation is almost eliminated. |
