PURPOSE:To automatically shrink-fit a member from the lower part by setting the lower member among the upper and lower members at a concentric position after the heating and floating up the upper member by the continuous feed of air pressure onto the undersurface of the upper member and applying a minute vibration. CONSTITUTION:A crankshaft 2 is fixed concentrically with a stator 4 onto a sealed container 6, and positioned onto a pallet 21 and carried in and fixed at a shrink-fit position. A rotor 3' on the receiving board 34 of a turntable 33 is sent under a heating coil 35 by a dividing head 38, and inserted into a coil 35 by a cylinder 36, and after the high frequency heating, the rotor 3' is positioned at the shrink-fit position. A guide bar 39 is inserted into a hole 50 by a cylinder 40, and is raised through a pishing-up rod rod 42 by a cylinder 41, and pushed up up to the contact with the crankshaft 2. Then a guide bar 39 is lowered, and the high pressure air is sent, passing through the air passages 46 and 45 from a hose 48, and the rotor 3' is floated up and inserted through minute vibration and shrink-fitted. |
