PURPOSE:To immediately discharge chips out of a pipe and polish the inside of said pipe uniformly and efficiency by using a rotary vane which is rotated by an air flow sent and fed from one direction inside said pipe and a gear mechanism, rotating first and second polishing members in the opposite directions to each other, and cleaningly polishing the inside of said pipe. CONSTITUTION:By using rotary vanes 2 which are rotated by the force of an air flow sent and fed from one direction A in a pipe 1 and a gear mechanism 22, a first and a second polishing members 15, 11 are rotated in the opposite directions to each other to cleaningly polish the inner face of the pipe 1. Thereby, even if one of the polishing members hits against an obstacle projected out inside the pipe stopping its rotation, the other polishing member is not affected by it and can be rotated at nearly twice the rotating speed hitherto, without producing unpolished part on the inner face of the pipe 1. The ground dust which are ground off can be discharged out of the pipe 1 by means of the air blow fed into the pipe 1, thereby, polishing the inner face of the pipe 1 uniformly and with high efficiency. |
