PURPOSE:To remarkably reduce the manufacturing process and facilities and the like by a method wherein a process to bond a transparent resin board to a resin film and a process to form them into a certain shape are simultaneously performed on a single facility. CONSTITUTION:A laminate 1 is formed by laminating a resin film 12 having a heat ray reflecting film 121 onto an adhesive 11 arranged on a transparent resin board 10. Next, under the state that said laminate 1 is seated onto the molding surface 20 of a mold 2, the transparent resin board 10 is heated up to the glass transition temperature of the resin or higher, and at the same time the adhesive 11 is heated up to its melting point or higher so as to melt. Next, under the above-mentioned condition, the laminate is set to a vacuum mold so as to realize the state of reduced pressure by exhausting the air in the space part 33 outside with a pressure reducing device 35. The laminate 1 which is softened by heating is pressed against the molding surface 20 of the mold 2 by means of a pressing film 32 so as to be formed in a shape conforming to the molding surface 20. After that, by solidifying the adhesive 11 through cooling, a heat ray reflecting resin glass formed to the certain shape is obtained. |
