PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a video decryption device that generates a prediction block similar to an original video.SOLUTION: The video decryption device, when the quantization block size is 8×8, an inverse scanning unit 220 restores a plurality of subsets by applying a scan pattern determined by an intra-prediction mode to one dimensional quantization conversion coefficient, and restores a quantization block by applying a scan pattern determined by the intra-prediction mode to the plurality of subsets. When the intra-prediction mode is a horizontal mode, the scan pattern is a vertical scan. An intra-prediction unit 250 generates reference pixels at unavailable positions by using available reference pixels of the current block, and on the basis of the intra-prediction mode and the size information of the current block, generates a prediction block of the current block by the intra-prediction mode by adaptively filtering reference pixels neighboring the current block.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3 |
