PURPOSE:To prevent a failure due to heat in the programming switch of an airconditioning system for a vehicle by providing a metal piece curving and deforming reversibly due to a temperature change between a movable contact point and the holder thereof. CONSTITUTION:Both ends of a movable contact point 8 are bent approximately at right angles and the right end thereof is fixed to the right wall of a holder 7. The left end is fitted with curved bimetal 18 and this bimetal 18 is coupled afloat to the groove 20 of the holder 7. According to the aforesaid constitution, the movable contact point 8 is finely movable right and left, up and down or back and forth for the holder 7 via the bimetal 18. And when temperature has given a rise, the bimetal 18 turns about a rivet 19, thereby moving the contactor 12 of the movable contact point 8 very slightly to the right side and releasing the contactor 12 from a fixed contact point. Therefore, heat generation due to an increase in contact resistance does not occur and failure due to heat can be prevented. |
