PURPOSE:To perform the replacement of replacement mold for molding by one action and consequently shorten the operating time by a structure wherein a space, to which the replacement mold consisting of a fixed mold and a movable mold is detachably fitted, is provided in a mold frame. CONSTITUTION:A replacement mold 15 (consisting of a fixed mold 29 and a movable mold 16) are fittingly fitted to a mold frame 1 (consisting of a fixed frame 3 and a movable frame 2) annexed to an injection molder. The fixed frame 3 and the fixed mold 29 are united in an integral body, while the movable frame 2 and the movable mold 16 are united in an integral body. When the replacement mold 15 is intended to change according to the kind of a molded item, the replacement mold 15 is removed from the mold frame 1 under the state that the mold frame 1 is secured to the injection molder and, after that, a new replacement mold (consisting of a new fixed mold and a new movable mold) is fitted into the spaces S2 and S1 of the mold frame 1. The replacement of a replacement mold is completed by one action. |
