PURPOSE:To decrease the number of manufacturing processes by so providing the sockets in which each ball stud axis is formed as one body by aluminum die-cast as to be different in the axis direction at both ends of the axis, in a joint between the stabilizer and the lower arm of a suspension device for automobile. CONSTITUTION:A joint main body 2 is constituted by providing sockets 4, 4 manufactured by aluminum die-cast on its both ends. These sockets 4, 4 respectively project ball stud axes 9 free in rocking and their axes 9 are so arranged as to be different in the axis directions. And the joint main body 2 is formed into a nearly completed dimension shape with accuracy needless of subsequent processing by aluminum die-cast and a shut-off plate 11 is mounted on a socket 4 and a bearing 6 is installed so that the ball head part 8 of the ball stud 7 may be free in rotation and the joint is completed. By this constitution, the manufacturing process can be simplified. |
