PURPOSE:To obtain the titled composition having improved stability and coloring property and less tendency for generating fog at the time of continuous processing by incorporating an aromatic primary amine color developing agent and a specific compd. to the titled composition. CONSTITUTION:The composition comprises the aromatic primary amine color developing agent and the compd. shown by formula I wherein R<1> and R<2> are each 2-6C hydroxyl alkyl group, R<3> is 1-6C a substd. alkyl group, but, in the substituent of the alkyl group shown by R<3>, hydroxyl, amino and carboxyl groups are excluded. Thus, the color developer having excellent stability and coloring property and less tendency for generating fog at the time of continuous processing, etc., is obtd. The effect of the titled composition is increased, in case that the titled composition is used in the system which does not substantially contain benzyl alcohol. |
