PURPOSE:To provide a device which can effectively and completely burn waste pellet. CONSTITUTION:A combustion chamber 2 is centrally formed in a device, a fuel bucket 3 is located thereabove, and an ash removing part 4 is formed on the base side of the device. The combustion chamber 2 is provided at its upper part with a large size part 1a, at its lower part with a small size part 1b, and the small size part 1b is partially or entirely formed by a heat resisting glass. A fuel feed cylinder 6 is provided at its upper part and at a boundary between it and a fuel bucket 3 with a shutter 7, and is constituted such that a proper amount of fuel can drop. Further, a secondary air feed-in hole 10 is provided in a manner to surround the fuel feed cylinder 6, and an amount of the feed-in air is switchable through the working of a damper 11 in the feed-in hole. Thus, the flow of a secondary air supplied from the periphery of the fuel feed cylinder 6 flows along the conical shape of a combustion tray 5 and so that it is turned over upward at the periphery thereof, ash, being cinders, is blown away from the periphery of the combustion tray 5 and this enables approximately complete combustion of waste pellet.
