PURPOSE:To obtain a deflection device having a low consuming power, a low distortion and a stable amplitude by providing an externally controllable level adjusting device, an externally controllable amplifier and a detector for detecting a signal and controlling two devices respectively. CONSTITUTION:The level of signals extracted within a period of A-B in which both of outputs from the output terminals 141, 142 of a level adjusting device are effective, the difference is detected and a level adjusting circuit 14 is controlled by the detector D 17. A signal from the level adjusting device 14 is outputted to a deflecting electrode 16 of a load by a switching connecting device 15 controlled by a controller 19. The outputted signal is detected by the detector G 18, an inclination is calculated respectively on the periods provided in the respective amplifiers to control the gain of the amplifier. In such a way, the distortion is detected, a feedback is applied, thereby, the distortion due to a step in the total point of a time division or the distortion from a linearity due to the difference of an inclination can be reduced. |
