PURPOSE:To control the output power with a high precision without complicating the circuit scale by providing a variable load circuit, which changes the resistance value stepwise, and a switch circuit, which short-circuits and opens the circuit between output terminals, between output terminals of each solar battery block. CONSTITUTION:In a solar battery circuit 4 where solar battery blocks 5 consisting of plural solar battery elements 51 are connected in series, a variable load circuit 1 and a switch circuit 2 are provided between output terminals of each solar battery block 5. The circuit 1 consists of series circuits of resistances R1-R3 and switching elements Q2-Q4 connected in parallel, and elements Q2-Q4 are made conductive by the control signal from a control circuit 3 to finely change the load resistance value of the block 5, and the output power is controlled with a high precision. When the generated power of the solar battery is relatively high, the circuit 2 short-circuits the output of a prescribed block 5 by the switching element Q1 in accordance with the control signal of the circuit 3 to reduce the high output power with less calorific value. Thus, circuits 1 and 2 are combined to control the generated power of the solar battery with less calorific value and a high precision in a wide range. |
