<p>PURPOSE:To provide the titled process and apparatus by curing a photocurable adhesive while applying pressure on a disc through a pressurizing member constituted of light-transmittable plate member and metallic frame to make the adhesive layer uniform and to prevent disc warpage. CONSTITUTION:A pressurizing member constituted of a light-transmittable plate member 2 and metallic flame 3 fixed on the periphery of said member 2 and a photo-irradiation equipment 5 is first prepared. Thence, a plural of adherend members 1 at least one of which is light-transmittable [e.g. acrylic resin transparent base plate(s) constituting optical disc] are laminated through photo-curable adhesive layer(s), said pressurizing member being placed on the side of the light-transmittable adherend member, and the light emitted from the equipment 5 is transmitted through said member 2 to be irradiated on the adhesive layer(s), thus accomplishing mutual bonding between the adherend members.</p> |
