PURPOSE:To make the sunshine impinge on a part where none of it impinges by providing a pattern which uses parts of curved surface lenses on the surface of a transparent medium such as glass and plastic and refracting and dispersing incident light beams in every direction freely. CONSTITUTION:Lens elements 2 which use parts of curved surface lenses are arranged successively on the surface of a transparent plate 1. When the transparent plate 1 is arranged with the thick parts of the lens elements 2 down, the incident light beams are refracted downward and when the plate is arranged with the thick parts of the lens elements 2 up, the incident light beams are refracted upward. Further, when the lens elements are formed in a bar shape, the light is refracted upward and downward and when lens elements formed of parts of spherical lenses are arranged in a scale shape, the light is refracted horizontally and the refraction direction and collection range of the light are freely controlled. Consequently, a shadow area due to a structure body is eliminated and places on inner alleys, etc., can be irradiated with the sunshine. |
