The application describes a clutch disc which, with the clutch engaged, transmits shocks acting in the circumferential direction to a centre ring arranged with the ability to move in the circumferential direction. The centre ring has holes or sloping recesses rising circumferentially in both directions of rotation in which are arranged rolling elements which are supported in sloping recesses of two symmetrical pressure rings arranged with the ability to move axially relative to the centre ring. The pressure rings are held on their outer sides by diaphragm springs which transmit the torque to the hub. The advantage of the solution described over existing compression springs arranged in the circumferential direction consists in that it allows a larger angular deflection while requiring only a small annular space to accommodate it. <IMAGE>
