摘要 |
The invention relates to a wear-resistant hip joint socket which can be anchored in one piece without cement and comprises metal and/or ceramic. The bearing layer of the hip joint socket preferably comprises titanium nitride having a layer thickness of up to 5 mu m and an average roughness of less than 3 mu m. The layer-supporting metals which can be used are, in particular, pure metals forming a barrier layer such as titanium, tantalum, niobium, zirconium or alloys thereof and also all other conventional metallic or ceramic implant materials. The side facing the bone is macrostructured with an average roughness up to 300 mu m and possesses a diffusion-inhibiting bioactive layer preferably of titanium nitride and/or titanium oxide. The solution of the invention is used as an endoprosthesis.
