A switchable 0 DEG /180 DEG phase shifter having a slotted line structure which is arranged at one side of a substrate and has an input line (SL1) and two slotted line paths (SL2, SL3) which branch off at the end of said input line (SL1), are fitted with switching diodes (D1, D2) and meet again at a point (B) which is equidistant from the junction (A) for both paths (SL2, SL3), and having a stripline (ST2), which is coupled to the slotted line paths (SL1, SL2) at this point (B), is arranged on the other side of the substrate and has a stub line (ST22) which runs on a no load, extends in the region between the two slotted line paths and has a mechanical length which acts like a line which is electrically a quarter of a wavelength long while being less than a quarter of a wavelength (Figure). <IMAGE>
