<p>A security device for securing a sliding window or door in a sliding window or door and frame assembly. The security device is positioned at an upper region of the sliding window or door and frame assembly to prevent removal of the sliding window or door from the frame when such removal is attempted. A method for securing a sliding window or door and frame assembly using such security device, along with a sliding window or door and frame assembly incorporated such a security device are also described.</p> |
