PURPOSE:To simplify the circuit constitution by impressing an output of a level circuit whose level is varied in response to a ternary input to two inverter circuits whose threshold values differ from each other and using three states so as to discriminate the ternary. CONSTITUTION:The size of a transistor (TR) Q4 of an inverter stage INV1 is increased, a TR Q5 is decreased to increase the threshold value Vth of the inverter stage. On the other hand, the size of a TR Q6 is decreased in an inverter stage INV 2 conversely and the size of a TR Q7 is increased. The ternary is taken in an output of the inverter circuit depending on the potential change corresponding to the ternary input appearing at the connecting point of a level circuit from the difference in the threshold value Vth of the two inverter circuits. Thus, the circuit constitution is simplified. |
