<p>PURPOSE:To improve the accuracy in a rolling plate thickness by adding the control device fo the deviation in the outlet side plate thickness and the target plate thickness calculated from the transient variation amount of a roll reduction sectional area to the device controlling the rolling reduction from the plate speed and plate thickness at the inlet and outlet sides measured of a conventional rolling mill. CONSTITUTION:The plate speeds of the inlet and outlet sides plate speed gages 2, 3 and the plate thicknesses of the inlet and outlet sides plate thickness gages 4, 5 are inputted to a thickness deviation tracking device 8 in the past and the difference in the thickness of an estimation AGC device 9 and monitor AGC device 10 is controlled by a rolling reduction control device. The inlet side plate thickness variation amount h1 fed from a deviation tracking device 8 and t fed from a sampling pitch generating device 11 are inputted to the arithmetic unit 12 calculating the equation I to calculate a plate sectional area variation Ah, and the rolling reduction position variation amount s fed from a rolling reduction position detector 6 is inputted to the arithmetic unit 13 calculating the equation II to calculate a plate sectional area variation As. The outlet side plate thickness h0 is calculated by inputting these arithmetic values to the arithmetic unit 16 calculating the equation III, the deviation h0 with the target outlet side plate thickness hos is calculated by a mass flow AGC device 17 and added to a rolling reduction control device 7. The rolling plate thickness h0 is stabilized from the initial up to completion.</p> |
