The invention solves the technical problem of manufacturing a product for nutritive, fodder, pharmaceutical or cosmetic purposes, of high nutritious, taste and therapeutic value, which can be used either directly or for producing further products basedon the above. The essence of the invention consists of adding, to freshly extravasated blood of slaughter animals, salts of alkali metals, preferably sodium or potassium chlorides, in amounts necessary for achieving an electrolyte concentration ranging from 0.085-0.43 mole/dm3, which corresponds to a concentration ranging from 0.5-2.5% by mass of sodium chloride; then the system is left alone for a period of time necessary for solidification of the product throughout its volume, and thereafter the product is thermally hardened. The method according to the invention can also be realised using animal blood stabilized with salts of alkali metals, by adding a diluent in the form of freshly extravasated blood, water or protein-carbohydrate substances. Aqueous solution and protein-carbohydrate substances may be acidic but with limitation of the final acidity of the system to a pH value of above 5.7. |
