PURPOSE:To print a character image having plural different colors with a color photograph by forming the negative transmission image of a line drawing, followed by dyeing a part of said image with prescribed dyestuffs separately and subsequently by printing the obtd. transmission image of the line drawing on a color photographic sensitive material. CONSTITUTION:The titled method lies in a method of forming the negative transmission image of the line drawing, followed by dyeing at least a part of said image with plural prescribed dyestuffs separately, and subsequently by printing the obtd. transmission image of the line drawing on the color photographic sensitive material. According to a dyeing method in which a part of the negative transmission image of the line drawing is dyed with the prescribed dyestuff, and the another part or the whole of said image is dyed with the another dyestuff, the colored image having various kinds of the different colors is obtd., and the adjacent line drawing is easily dyed, distinguishing one from the other. The usable dyestuff is preferably a water soluble dyestuff having dyeability against a gelatin. |
