<p>PURPOSE:To prevent erroneous operation by a method wherein a conductive material of earth potential is provided on a wiring substrate, and the electrostatic capacity between the conductive wire of a photo-receiving element and a receiver IC and the conductive wire of the receiver IC and an output terminal is reduced. CONSTITUTION:A first wiring substrate 21, and a second multilayer substrate of a wiring substrate 212 are placed and fixed on a metal stem 22, a photo-receiving element 24 and a receiver IC 25 are mounted and connected using the conductive wire consisting of bonding wires 291 and 292, and the receiver IC 25 and an output terminal 26 are connected using the wire consisting of bonding wires 301, 302 and a wiring 27. Conductive materials 32, 33 and 34 are provided on the wiring substrate 212 corresponding to wirings 27 and 28, and on the wiring substrate 211 corresponding to the receiver IC 25. According to this constitution, almost no electrostatic capacity remains between the conductive wires, and the inductive current generating due to the fluctuation of output voltage can be reduced almost to nil.</p> |
