PURPOSE:To reduce short-passing of polymer particles or the like and uniformizing residence time of powder by dividing the inside of a container into at least three stirring zones by means of at least two rotating round weirs in the clearance of the inner wall of a container. CONSTITUTION:It is important to arrange paddles 6a and 6b in a manner so as to keep the top zone and the bottom zone of the piled-up surface of powder, scraped up by the paddles 6a, and 6b of rotating adjoining paddle units 5a and 5b, on the same level, respectively, at the same time generating no difference. To keep them on the same level, the paddles 6a and 6b of adjoining paddle units 5a and 5b should form rectangles having the same width W, making clearances l1 and l2 between the paddles and the inner wall of a container 1 equal, and clearances S1 and S2 between the paddles and a rotating weir 7 should also be equal. |
