PURPOSE:To improve the confidentiality of data, and to smoothly utilize a card system by reading out a scramble system from a card, reading out card data, based on its system, processing it, and thereafter, executing a scramble of generated data, and storing it in a storage area of the card data. CONSTITUTION:When an IC card 1 is inserted into an IC card writer 23, the scramble data which has been stored in an area M1 and the scrambled card data which has been stored in an area M2 are read, and analyzed to correct card data, based on the scramble data. Subsequently, a data processing is executed, based on analytic data, and by editing write data which has been obtained, and applying a scramble, write is executed to the area M2. Accordingly, there is no possibility that the card is used illegally. |
