PURPOSE:To eliminate the generation of the troublesome difference of thermal expansion between components even though the temperature of circumstances changes, by a method wherein a hollow tube is fixed to the inside of a piezoelectric ceramics tube on the inner and outer peripheral surfaces of which an electrode is respectively provided via specific adhesives and the liquid contained in the hollow tube is jetted by impressing a drive voltage. CONSTITUTION:The adhesives containing 30-60vol% of the additive having a linear expansion coefficient approximate to or less than the linear thermal expansion coefficient of the material composing a piezoelectric ceramics tube or a hollow glass tube, are used. In addition to Pb(Zr,Ti)O3, one kind of materials composing a piezoelectric ceramics tube 1, other ceramics powder of Al2O3, ZrO2, SiO2, MgO, etc., and further glass powder or the like can be used and additive is uniformly dispersed in adhesives. Besides, because the layer of adhesives of a uniform thickness is formed, the particle size thereof should preferably be 0.1-10mum. |
