PURPOSE:To eliminate getting out of shape of a winding when a conductor is to be wound continuously for the plural layers around a long cylindrical spool to form the section of coils of a plural number by a method wherein an auxiliary wire of the meanders type is provided positioning at the starting part of winding or at the leading out part of middle tap interposing an insulating tape between them, and the end part of winding is connected thereto. CONSTITUTION:The conductor 11 of extremely fine wire of 0.05-0.06mm. is wound being adhered tightly around the outside circumference of the long cylindrical spool 10 interposing an interlayer paper 12 between them to form the section of coils of a plural number. When the tap leading out wire is to be provided at the starting part of winding or at the middle part, the insulating tape 13 is pasted on the whole circumference, and the auxiliary wire 14 consisting of a tinningly stranded wire is wound around in the meanders type thereon. Then a part of the conductor 11 is wound round one end of the auxiliary wire 14 thereof to be connected by solder, the insulating paper 15 is wound thereon, and after both the ends of the conductor 11 are wound roughly by 1- 3mm. pitch thereon, connection is performed. Accordingly because the rough windings at both the ends intersect diagonally to generate tightening power mutually, getting out of shape of the winding is not occurred at the starting part of winding or at the middle tap part. |
