The subject of the invention is a method and a device for installing dismantlable leaktight partitions and the leaktight connection components between the plenum chambers for blowing and for collecting of the "clean room". Method for installing dismantlable leaktight partitions which consists in using self-supporting partitions 7 connected to the other elements such as the vertical partition 20 which acts as return of the blowing plenum chamber 2, the false ceiling 3, the false floor 10, the vertical band of the collecting plenum chamber 12, by sections 21 whose shape enables them to be interlocked by means of at least two vertical tabs on one of the edges of the partition 7, the said sections possibly comprising another tab which allows connection with one of the other elements 2, 3, 10, 12 of the room 6.
